At CHONGYANG, our purified water tanks are built with precision and hygiene in mind to meet pharmaceutical-grade water storage needs. The production process begins with selecting high-grade stainless steel (SS316L or SS304), followed by precision welding using automated systems to ensure leak-proof construction. The tank body is internally polished to a mirror finish to prevent microbial adhesion, and externally brushed or cladded for insulation and aesthetics. After welding, the tank undergoes electro-polishing, rigorous pressure testing, and passivation. All ports are sanitary-grade, with connections welded or clamped per ASME BPE standards. The final tank is equipped with accessories like spray balls, level sensors, and 0.22 μm hydrophobic vent filters—ready for integration into cGMP-compliant water systems.
